By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a session or purchasing any digital products or Rare Editions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a chat session or purchasing digital products, including Rare Editions or collector artworks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or make any purchases.
2. Nature of the Service
FamilyTies Chat Inc. provides virtual companionship and family-like connections through scheduled chat sessions.
Important Disclaimer:
Our services are offered solely for social and companionship purposes. They are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or any other regulated or licensed services. Users are solely responsible for determining whether this service is appropriate for their personal needs.
3. Booking and Payment
All chat sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website or authorized payment platforms.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
4. No Refund Policy
Chat Sessions
All payments made to FamilyTies Chat Inc. are final and non-refundable, including cases of dissatisfaction or failure to attend a scheduled session.
Digital Products & Rare Editions
All digital products, including books, artwork, and Rare Editions (such as the Twelve Tales of Emotion collection), are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that all items are digital, unique, and cannot be returned, exchanged, or undone. Once delivered, files are considered delivered in full.
All sales are final and irrevocable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
Rare Editions & Collector Artworks
These items are exclusive, limited, and collectible digital works.
High-resolution artworks will only be revealed upon delivery. Publicly displayed images are previews only.
$500,000 Edition includes one signed artwork.
$1B Vault Collection includes three signed artworks and a Certificate of Rarity verifying one-of-one ownership.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all descriptions and acquisition details before purchase.
Ownership is personal, private, and for non-commercial use only.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a completed session. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
FamilyTies Chat Inc. makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, experiences, or benefits arising from the use of our services. All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyTies Chat Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, harm, or damages, including but not limited to:
Emotional distress or dissatisfaction
Misunderstandings or miscommunications
Decisions or actions taken based on session conversations
Technical issues such as connectivity problems, outages, or platform disruptions
Indemnification:
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FamilyTies Chat Inc., its representatives, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service.
8. Force Majeure
FamilyTies Chat Inc. shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen events.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly. However, you acknowledge that no online communication or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to book or participate in any chat session or purchase digital products or Rare Editions.
11. User Conduct and Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and functional device during sessions.
Respectful conduct is required at all times. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
12. No Professional Advice
FamilyTies Chat Inc. does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Any decisions made based on chat sessions or digital content are solely the user’s responsibility.
13. No Warranties
FamilyTies Chat Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding service availability, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.
14. Changes to Terms
FamilyTies Chat Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within Alberta jurisdiction.
16. License & Usage
All digital products, including books, Rare Editions, and collector artworks, are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Buyers may read, view, and enjoy the content privately, but may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or use it for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from FamilyTies Chat Inc.
Signatures and Certificates included with artworks may not be removed, copied, or forged.
17. Collector Conduct & Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for safeguarding their digital files and certificates.
Unauthorized distribution or public posting of high-resolution artworks constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
